Minimum Salary: $22.00 per hour. 

Maximum Salary: $22.00 per hour.

Summary

Liberty Coca Cola Beverages LLC is the Tri State areas distributor for one of the world's most loved, recognized, and powerful brands. The Internship Program is a 8-10 week summer internship for individuals interested in becoming a future leader within our organization as well as provide an opportunity to learn more about what our organization does. Over the internship, you will have the chance to learn about various functions of our business. You will work alongside members of our management team, building relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the organization. In the market, interns will be responsible for working with internal and externals customer to meet the needs of the business.  Within the summer experience, interns will have the chance to participate in a variety of activities and collateral projects designed to provide exposure to the business and further develop leadership skills.  Top performers have the opportunity to return to Liberty Coca Cola Beverages LLC after completion of a degree. 

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with venue operations, marketing, logistics, and other functional teams to align efforts and maximize sales  
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to elevate execution and escalate issues for timely resolution  
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold contractual obligations and brand guidelines to maintain Coca-Cola's reputation for excellence  

Qualifications

• Current Undergraduate Student (Junior preferred)
• Demonstrated sales and/or customer service experience
• Proven leadership abilities
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must have reliable transportation (A personal car that can be used for business purposes)
• Must be geographically mobile
• Proven experience in commercial operations, retail execution, or event management 
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills 
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments  
• Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting  
• Passion for delivering exceptional consumer experiences and brand representation
