Position Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with managers and frontline leaders to provide guidance on HR initiatives, employee development, and workforce planning.
- Serve as a trusted and approachable resource for employees at all levels, ensuring balanced employee advocacy and business support.
- Ensure that talent acquisition practices align with Martin Brower competencies and values.
- Lead talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Design, deliver, and manage training programs in areas such as leadership, supervisory skills, and compliance.
- Coach leaders on performance management, career development conversations, and team effectiveness
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
