Position responsibilities:

• Evaluates effective implementation of the manufacturing plant’s management system policies, procedures and processes against ISO and GFSI standards, specifically FSSC

• Review audit results and identify the severity of findings or the risk associated to ensure the appropriate level of action is taken by the Facilitator

• Act as scientific, regulatory, technical or quality expert and consultant by responding to targeted questions aimed towards the Facilitator

• Responsible for coordinating and leading training classes, policies, lean tools and new/revised systems requirements

• Ensures that items of non-conformance are addressed and corrected efficiently

• Manage documentation and records to ensure that they are complete, current, secure and easily retrievable

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

• Master’s degree
