The District Manager is responsible for driving shareholder value through the growth of market share, sales, and profitability within a designated territory. This role leads and develops a team of Account Managers working primarily in the trade with small‑store format accounts, ensuring strong execution, customer engagement, and new business development. It is accountable for coaching and inspiring the team, ensuring disciplined sales planning and execution, and collaborating closely with the District Sales Supervisor to ensure Merchandisers are set up for success. Safety leadership is critical to this role, with accountability for promoting and enforcing safe work practices across all field operations.
