Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
- Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
- Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
- Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
- Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree with 3-4 years of related experience and 0-1+years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6-7+ years of experience and 1-2+ years of supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
- 1 year off-premise merchandising experience OR 2–4 years of similar supply chain experience.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
- Must be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and work in multi-temperature environments
- Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to share information clearly in one-on-one and group settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
- Communicate effectively across levels of the organization, including providing timely feedback upward to management and downward to team members
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
