Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, transferring, promoting, and, when necessary, disciplining or terminating
- Strategically, manage budgets and financial performance by controlling costs, aligning resources with the financial plan, optimizing cost control and driving achievement of financial targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure open communication and alignment on business objectives
- Leverage feedback to proactively identify opportunities and lead strategic planning and change management initiatives to improve team performance and address evolving business needs
- Create and implement effective incentive plans that align with strategic business goals and drive high- impact performance
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related sales experience, including 3+ years of management experience.
