Sales Operations Director - Midwest

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business activities and processes that help the sales organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives
  • Improve existing processes and ensure sales tools are being effectively used in the market
  • Execute best practice Go To Market strategies through training and professional development
  • Collaborate to identify best practices across business units while driving performance and increasing efficiencies
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Provide visibility through analytics by measuring and reporting results
  • Travel as required up to 75% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree
