Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business activities and processes that help the sales organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives
- Improve existing processes and ensure sales tools are being effectively used in the market
- Execute best practice Go To Market strategies through training and professional development
- Collaborate to identify best practices across business units while driving performance and increasing efficiencies
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Provide visibility through analytics by measuring and reporting results
- Travel as required up to 75% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience
