Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
- Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
- Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
- Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 + years of related experience or 2+ years internal Account Manager experience
