Position Responsibilities: 

• The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing cash inflow and all accounts receivable (AR) activities, including partnering with external and internal stakeholders to conduct audits of team members and ensure quality initiatives are met

• As a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will serve as the primary project business partner for all new sales initiatives, including analyzing sales and AR balances and proposing improvements as needed

• This role will assist with portal and website initiatives, process development, testing, and training.

• You will seek solutions to customer and sales needs by communicating trends to leadership, suggesting innovative solutions for customer experience, and investigating and resolving escalations as needed

• Additionally, you will meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), execute payment card industry compliance audits, and collaborate with shared business services and sales to develop frequently asked questions (FAQ) related documents

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
