With trusted partnerships with our bottlers and distributors, we bring our iconic brands to life in the markets we serve every day.
The Senior Manager, eCommerce Sales & Operations is a critical leader responsible for driving end-to-end retail execution across eCommerce customers while operating within The Coca-Cola Company's franchised bottling system. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, bottler coordination, supply chain and governance-ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence. While majority of the focus will be on Amazon, this leader will have responsibility for other ecommerce customers, as needs arise.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, cross-system coordination capabilities, and the ability to influence across a complex network of internal teams, bottlers, and external partners.
What You'll Do for Us
This role is the engine behind Coca-Cola's eCommerce growth-owning online merchandising and execution, accelerating conversion, and driving share across Amazon and key online retailers. You will blend strategy, operations and data-driven execution to ensure our portfolio is discoverable, compelling, and winning at the point of purchase.
What You'll Own
1. Data Management, Compliance & Bottler Coordination
Lead the integrity and execution of critical financial and operational processes across systems and stakeholders:

Lead supply chain execution for key eCommerce customers, particularly Amazon

Pay Range:
United States of America: $119,000 - $145,800Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

15Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
