Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) team as the primary point of contact and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process to support the business’s hiring needs
- Develop relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to understand hiring needs, and create and execute recruitment strategies, providing strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent
- Understand recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and supporting the workforce planning and recruiting projections process
- Support the workforce planning and recruiting projections process by providing guidance to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation with experience in managing high-volume, field-exempt, and corporate roles, as well as talent pipeline development
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience
