Minimum Salary: $57,000.00
Maximum Salary: $90,000.00

Geography is all of South Brunswick with occasional travel to other Distribution Centers.
The Training Specialist is responsible for providing training support for current and newly hired Merchandisers, Driver Merchandisers and facilitating onboarding for newly hired associates. The Training Specialist will create drive and manage the Merchandising Onboarding initiative. This position is responsible for supporting multiple teams and covering various territories. This position will report into the Sr. Manager, Sales Capability, Sales & Marketing, with strong ties to the District Supervisors, District Managers, and Distribution team. This position will also assist with additional merchandising and sales projects on an as needed basis.
