Chef De Partie

Retail / Staff Dining Chef de Partie, Near Liverpool Street Station

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00/3:30pm, £16p/hour + overtime paid at time and a half

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious site at world's largest asset management company.

Working in a modern, well-equipped kitchen, you will be part of a professional and supportive team delivering high-quality food for staff dining and retail catering operations. The role requires a passion for fresh food, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

What you'll be doing: 

• Preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality dishes
• Supporting retail and staff dining food service
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Contributing ideas for menus and daily specials where appropriate

What we're looking for: 

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure
• Passion for quality food and professional service
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
