Sous Chef - Hospitality
Location: City of London (near St Pauls)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Salary: £43,263 per annum
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Sous Chef to join one of our flagship London operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated chef with a strong background in fine dining and high-end hospitality, who thrives in a professional, quality-driven environment.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef, supporting the day-to-day running of a busy hospitality kitchen. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food across a range of services including à la carte dining, private rooms, buffets, and plated breakfasts.
You will be part of a talented brigade of 9 chefs and 3 Kitchen Porters, ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered.
