About this role
The Content Curation team helps customers identify the right Cornerstone Content to achieve their business goals The Content Curation Analyst is an expert on the topical areas of the Cornerstone Content subscriptions. This, combined with AI-driven recommendations from Cornerstone software, equips customers with the information they need to make an impact using Cornerstone Content
The Content Curation Analyst will be well-versed in building learning programs for professional development, technology (e.g., coding, cloud computing, data science, data security, IT, etc.)
Content Curation Analysts will be responsible for engaging with Customer Success and Account Management teams internally, so the ability to work cross-functionally is key. They'll work with these teams, as well as directly with customers, to understand customers' training needs and match Cornerstone Content to those needs. The ideal candidate for a Content Curation Manager is a solutions-minded individual with a bias towards action, experience with change management, and exceptional communication and organization skills
The objective of this role is to drive adoption of Cornerstone's Content Subscriptions across our global customer base by ensuring that our content becomes an irreplaceable part of our customers' Learning and Development initiatives. Content Curation Analyst performance is based on specific metrics associated with building highly effective Content programs for customers
Location: Candidates must be located near the PuneOffice in India, with the ability to work in-office at least three times perweek.
In this role you will
●Work directly with Cornerstone Customers to understand their training needs
●Develop a strong knowledge of the Cornerstone Content Product - specifically the technology offerings - in order to map courses to customer learning needs
●Build learning pathways using Cornerstone Content based on the most in-demand cross-functional skills
●Collaborate on projects to support customer learning programs
●Serve as an advocate for customers by identifying and surfacing subject area gaps in our Cornerstone Content subscriptions
●Design resources to support customers at scale
●Develop a credible voice for online learning best practices in your Content area of expertise
●Collect feedback and clearly articulate product recommendations for CSOD product development that are data driven and will drive adoption and retention
●Work closely with Content Business leaders to help identify gaps and opportunities to increase overall team efficiencies
●Maintain a deep understanding for the evolving use case of content at Cornerstone

You've got what it takes if you
●Have 1-2 years' experience in Instructional Design, Education or roles in departments such as Human Resources, Talent, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Training, etc.
●Experience in building enterprise-wide learning programs
●Are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools
●Have a bias towards action and can manage your time and priorities
●Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow-up to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met
●Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
●Have shown a tendency to thrive in ever-changing work environments
