Customer Marketing Specialist

The Customer Marketing Specialist supports customer advocacy, engagement, and expansion marketing activity across APJ.

The role is responsible for the execution and coordination of installed-base customer marketing programs, including advocacy, community, and engagement initiatives, in support of expansion objectives.

In this role you will:

  • Execute customer advocacy, engagement, and expansion marketing programs across APJ
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and inputs across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Support campaign setup and execution in marketing and CRM systems in partnership with Marketing Operations
  • Manage customer reference requests, including identification, approvals, scheduling, and tracking
  • Coordinate development and delivery of advocacy assets with Content and Creative teams
  • Support Champion programs, customer recognition activity, and Go-Live milestones
  • Support planning and delivery of APJ User Groups and virtual community programs
  • Manage swag, gifting, and basic vendor coordination for customer programs
  • Maintain seller-facing expansion assets to ensure accuracy and availability
  • Prepare reporting across advocacy, engagement, community, and expansion activity
  • Maintain accurate data and disciplined use of marketing and project management tools

  • Customer marketing programs are delivered on time and executed accurately
  • Reference requests and program activity are coordinated effectively
  • Advocacy, community, and engagement activity is tracked and reported accurately
  • Expansion support materials are maintained and available for internal teams
  • Approved tools and processes are used consistently

You've got what it takes if you:

  • 2 years' experience in B2B marketing execution or operations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using marketing and CRM tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Asana)
  • Clear written communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-market teams preferred
