Finance Operation Analyst

Role: Finance Operations Analyst - India

The position will be part of Global Shared Services team in Pune

In this role you will...

• Processes transactions or fills duties within an OTC tower accurately and timely, under the direct supervision of more senior resources
• Monitor customer accounts and detect overdue payments
• Undertaking all collection activities in accordance with the collection policy
• Reaching out to customers to discuss their outstanding payments
• Managing customer refund.
• Support Continuous Improvement of the functions and suggest realistic ideas for efficiency gains
• Proactively escalate issues to the Team Lead that require intervention/clarification
• Keep desktop documentation up to date and relevant
• Consideration of privacy and security obligations

You've got what it takes if you have...

• A bachelor's degree related to accounting/finance or related experience
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts receivable or Collections or other related accounting processes
• Good knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping concepts and internal controls
• Proficient in MS office particularly Excel, Outlook & Word
• Proficient in English
• Strong knowledge of MS office especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Must be comfortable working in a global company across multiple time zones (EMEA or US shifts)
