Junior Engineer

Job Title - Junior Engineer

Location: Pune ( WFO )
Working Hours: Rotational shift (morning, afternoon, night)

In this role you will...

Monitor network and system performance using tools.

Identify, analyze, and report incidents or performance issues.

Assist in troubleshooting outages and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.

Document incidents, resolutions, and processes for knowledge sharing.

Work closely with the support and engineering teams to escalate critical issues.

Follow processes, including ticketing and escalation procedures.

Support regular maintenance activities and system updates.

You have what it takes if you have...

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Basic understanding of networking concepts .

Familiarity with Linux/Windows servers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).

Any technical certificate will be added advantage
