The Regional DBS Leader, Korea is responsible for promoting and enabling the successful execution of Danaher Business System (DBS) growth strategies in Korea, a key region within Danaher’s High Growth Markets. This role collaborates with over 550 associates across Life Sciences, Biotechnology, and Diagnostics, building expertise in DBS Growth tools and providing leadership across operating companies (OpCos) to achieve business objectives. As a core member of the Regional Leadership Team, the DBS Leader drives and supports the growth initiatives of Danaher and its OpCos in the region.

This position reports to the Regional President of Danaher Korea and is part of the Danaher Corporate, Korea located in Seoul Korea and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Stimulate growth by leading focused DBS events to drive incremental revenue growth.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of the Growth Equation to help Danaher businesses achieve growth in the region.
• Build deep understanding of market trends and segmentation, competition, and customer needs; drive the development of innovative solutions.
• Proactively conduct productive and scalable DBS growth events with strong sustainment mechanisms.
• Implement, improve, and sustain foundational sales and marketing effectiveness processes including funnel management, visibility Kaizens, and transformative marketing; ensure disciplined execution to deliver tangible results.
• Work with commercial teams (sales, marketing, and customer care) to install and drive effective daily management and problem-solving processes; establish standard work and weekly/monthly performance scorecards for enhanced visual management.
• Lead critical, cross-OpCo and cross-functional projects at the Danaher Korea level, serving as Project Management Officer (PMO); connect, align, and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Drive Kaizen efforts across the organization by actively managing the Kaizen funnel, facilitating Kaizen programs, tracking progress, and ensuring robust sustainment to embed improvements into daily management.
• Lead by example to promote a “DBS for Results” mindset; build a strong growth culture and sustainability. Ensure that GMs create, review, and track DBS metrics.
• Provide DBS training and coaching; strengthen internal capability by expanding the pool of certified DBS practitioners.
• Organize and lead key events such as Growth Conference and President Kaizen.
• Roll out and embed the DBS Competency Model across the region.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• More than 15 years of commercial and/or management consulting experience, including strong experience in process development and improvement, project management, and execution in a matrixed environment. Experience in multinational organizations is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in driving Kaizen efforts and change management across multiple and diverse business domains.
• Strong communication skills, with demonstrated capability to communicate clearly and influence effectively both upward and downward across the organization.
• Strong analytical capability, both quantitative and qualitative, with a proven ability to translate data and complex information into meaningful business insights that drive decision-making and results
• Fluency in English, with the ability to operate effectively in a global, multicultural business environment.
• Business degree from a reputed business school.
