The Senior Coordinator Transportation EMEA is responsible for supporting the EMEA Transportation Team through financial, administrative, and operational tasks.

This position reports to the Director Transportation EMEA and is part of the EMEA Transportation Team located in Wijchen (the Netherlands) or in Lismeehan (Ireland) and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with the third‑party freight audit provider to ensure accurate and timely invoice validation
  • Process transportation invoices and address discrepancies as needed
  • Support transport budgeting, monthly accruals, and the forecasting process
  • Follow up with carriers to ensure timely submission of accurate reports
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reporting in Microsoft Power BI
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for transportation activities across the EMEA region

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Great computer aptitude, including PC skills (MS Excel)
  • Education related to economics, accounting, logistics and/or information science
  • Comfortable and able to thrive with a high level of autonomy and work independently and flexible in a cross-functional matrix managed team environment

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Supply chain, logistics and/or transportation environment(s)
  • Freight audit platforms
