The Senior Manager, Finance Systems plays a key role in driving the evolution of our global finance platforms and processes. This is more than a systems role — we are looking for someone who can influence stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and actively drive improvements across Finance and IT.

You will work closely with global and regional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, while building strong relationships and creating engagement around change initiatives. Success in this role requires not only strong Oracle EBS and finance process expertise, but also energy, ownership, and the ability to bring people together around a common goal.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone to drive meaningful impact in a complex global environment.

What you will do:

• Lead and drive global Oracle EBS finance initiatives from concept to implementation and continuous improvement
• Partner closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenge existing processes, and drive change
• Influence and engage stakeholders across different functions and regions to ensure alignment and adoption of finance system improvements
• Translate business needs into practical and scalable finance system solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert for finance systems and process optimization
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced global environment while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and ownership

Who you are:

• Strong background in Finance Systems, ERP, or Finance Process Transformation with hands-on Oracle EBS experience
• A confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and engage teams across different levels of the organization
• Someone who takes ownership, drives initiatives forward, and feels comfortable challenging the status quo
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and global environments with multiple stakeholders
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking
• Strong business partnering and relationship-building skills
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to continuously improve processes and ways of working 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience working with external ERP implementation or support partners
• Experience supporting finance systems in a global or matrixed organization
