We are looking for a motivated and analytical intern to support our Service organization through data analysis and reporting activities. The ideal candidate is currently studying Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, and has a strong interest in transforming data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

•             Analyze service-related data and operational KPIs

•             Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Power BI

•             Monitor service performance metrics and identify trends or anomalies

•             Assist in data collection, validation, and reporting activities

•             Prepare periodic presentations and summaries based on data analysis

Requirements

•             Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field

•             Good understanding of numerical analysis and data interpretation

•             Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI

•             Familiarity with Excel and data management tools

•             Fluent in English
