Ellucian is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our SaaS Platform team to work with our customers, internal teams, and partners to drive our the strategy and development of our Integration Platform as a Service, Ellucian Ethos and it's low-code integration solution: Ethos Data Connect. Individual should be innovative, hands-on and driven to delight customers. Individual should be innovative, hands-on, technical, and driven to delight customers. This person will be tasked with understanding the market, working with internal and external stakeholders, and driving the roadmap and delivery of our Integration Platform. The Product Manager will collaborate with Ellucian R&D, UX, Marketing, and Sales to deliver high-value customer-centric solutions, while engaging across Ellucian teams to ensure customer and product success. Conduct customer research, product discovery and synthesize market factors into a cohesive product strategy.

Own the product backlog and roadmap
Write product themes/initiatives complete with value oriented OKRs
Write epics and stories to support completion of initiatives
Collaborate with customers for product validation and to understand/solve challenges
Prioritize development activities to continuously deliver value to customers
Work collaboratively with R&D and UX to build roadmaps and plan releases
Evangelize for the product through in-person and virtual presentations and engagements
Support the sales process with product expertise
Collaborate with solution success team, comprised of leaders across all phases of the customer journey, to achieve successful customer adoption, value realization, satisfaction and overall solution health
What you will bring
2+ years experience in Product Management
2+ years experience in integrations, job orchestration services, or API management
Expertise in building extensible solutions in the SaaS space
Experience researching product ideas and turning them into compelling business cases
Experience building extensibility frameworks, search, and other core services
Experience applying the JTBD framework is a plus
Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and balance and prioritize ones time
Curious, willing to ask questions and take feedback, and driven to delight customers
Outcome-focused, with customer value always in mind
