Entain is seeking a Senior Brand Executive to join the Ladbrokes Brand Marketing Gaming team. In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager for Ladbrokes Gaming to support the delivery of the Ladbrokes brand strategy and activation plans. 

In summary, you will:

• Play a key role in delivering major marketing campaigns throughout the year.
• Execute gaming-specific brand activities, including new game launches, seasonal promotions, and always-on brand building.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial & CRM to align business objectives and develop campaigns.
• Work closely with our media agency and delivery of our media plans through the line.
• Work closely with our in-house creative team on developing new creative gaming assets that resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise brand effectiveness
• Ensure brand compliance across all activations, maintaining regulatory standards and brand guidelines.

This is a well-rounded position suited to an established brand marketing professional looking to take on greater ownership, develop into a brand management role and contribute to high-impact initiatives within the dynamic gaming sector.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a brand marketing role, ideally with exposure to integrated campaigns across creative, media, and internal channels.
• A clear and confident communicator, able to provide constructive and concise feedback against briefs.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive and creative thinker, able to contribute innovative ideas to the wider brand team.
• Commercially and analytically minded, with confidence working with data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, time management, and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the broader strategic picture.
