Join our team as a DC Equipment Operator for mid-shift Shipping, where you can be part of a team that excels in flawless execution and outstanding service. If you are driven and interested in working in an environment where your efforts are appreciated, we encourage you to reach out!

Hours: 10am - 6:30pm M-F with Overtime as needed

Starting rate: $22/hr with the ability to make up to $5.50/hr more for a total of $27.50 based on individual performance!

Responsibilities

As a DC Equipment Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operate and manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections to determine maintenance needs and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to successfully implement daily shipping plans and exceed performance goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency
  • Complete material test reports (MTRs) as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience operating warehouse equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Capability to operate during the midshift, which could involve potential overtime and Saturday OT.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 pounds.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
