Fitch Ratings is seeking a world‑class Visual Designer to elevate the quality, clarity, and consistency of our digital product ecosystem. This role focuses on designing high‑fidelity user interfaces for complex, workflow‑driven applications used daily by global financial professionals.
As part of the Ratings Workflow Solutions team, you will shape how Fitch’s products look, feel, and perform—bringing precision, hierarchy, and polish to data‑dense experiences where trust, efficiency, and usability matter deeply. You will partner closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders to translate user needs and product strategy into beautiful, scalable, and usable digital interfaces.
This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about product UI craft, thrives in complex problem spaces, and wants their work to ship, scale, and make a measurable impact.

FOR TORONTO ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 130,000 CAD and 160,000 CAD per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
