We are recruiting for a dynamic Assistant Financial Controller to join our high performing team at The Harley Street Campus. In this role you will supervise and coordinate the accounting department for the Campus while supporting the Financial Controller in all functions.

What you'll do:

  • Oversight of production of Management Accounting Statements by Management Accountants for month-end for review by Financial Controller
  • Oversight of production of MOR reporting documents to standard for review by Senior Finance Team
  • Oversight of production of Balance Sheet Reconciliations by Management Accountants with first-hand review for subsequent review by Financial Controller
  • Oversight of production of Weekly Forecasting Templates by Management Accountants for review by Financial Controller
  • Assisting in preparation of and attendance to monthly Departmental Finance Reviews with clinical & non-clinical Heads of Department

What you'll bring:

  • Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • 5 years' experience in a Management Accountant role
  • Strong experience of financial reporting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of healthcare sector, analysis of data and financial reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong influencing skills
