We're looking for a Radiotherapy Service Manager to join our Oncology services at The Harley Street Clinic in London, one of the UK's leading private cancer centres. This is a senior leadership role within a highly specialised radiotherapy service, supporting people through complex and often life‑changing treatment with care, clarity and compassion. Based across our Harley Street sites, you'll lead an established and skilled team where clinical excellence, strong teamwork and thoughtful leadership sit at the heart of everything we do, alongside continued investment in advanced technology and a positive, inclusive culture.
As Radiotherapy Service Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day‑to‑day leadership and operational management of the radiotherapy service, with a wider remit that spans quality, governance, finance and service development. Working closely with Consultants, Radiotherapy Physics and senior clinical and operational colleagues, you'll provide visible and credible leadership across multidisciplinary teams. Balancing hands‑on clinical expertise with strategic oversight, you'll help shape service development, optimise pathways and support the radiographer workforce to deliver safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred care in a complex and evolving clinical environment.
