1.Responsible for the overall operation and co-ordination of various Food & Beverage departments such as All Dining, Room Service, Chinese Restaurant, bar, all the kitchens, stewarding etc.

2.  Exercises administration and supervises through Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef and restaurant Managers.
