Pool Manager Sarena de Muro Resort

Sarena de Muro Mallorca Resort Destination by Hyatt is seeking a dynamic F&B Pool Manager. In this role you will be responsible for delivering superior Food and Beverage Service and maximizing customer service. This position reports to the Director of F&B.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinating daily pool restaurant management operations

·        Maintain high standards of high-quality control

·        Oversee smooth operations in all areas, including the pool kitchen and bar areas

·        Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction

·        Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customers

·        Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations

·        Support in hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to pool customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities

·        Resolving conflicts or complaints from pool and bar customers and employees

·        Monitoring store inventory activity and ensuring proper provisions

·        Support Operations Managers to manage procurement/purchasing, vendor relations

·        Provide effective and efficient processes and strategies to evolve revenues and controls on expenses (generate and manage cost reports)

·        Support Operations Managers to establish and achieve business and profit objectives – Financial responsibility of the restaurant

·        Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures

·        Operating equipment responsibility

·        Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
