2.Maintains a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features and services
3.Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel
4.Ensures systematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Director of Sales
5.Establishes strong contacts to source for information with regards to planned and upcoming functions / events
6.Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests requests and expectations are being met.
