To provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service in accordance with the hotel’s standards to maximize guest satisfaction. The Wellness Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the wellness facilities including the spa, onsen, and gym. The role ensures that all wellness areas are well maintained, properly prepared, and welcoming for guests while supporting the smooth daily operation of the wellness facilities.
