We are looking for an accountant to join one of our "GL - Intercompany" roles consisting of Invoice issuance, Invoice posting, ICO reconciliation & Netting! If you are ready to take the next step in your career, check the below position and apply!

Your Responsibilities (depending on the role):
Prepare and post manual journal entries (accruals, reclasses, netting) in line with month-end closing deadlines
Perform intercompany recharges (invoice issuance)
Review and book invoices, ensuring alignment with PO and goods/services receipts
Resolve intercompany vendor & customer discrepancies and related inquiries
Process AP/AR adjustments related to errors or omissions
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual intercompany reconciliations, ensuring balances are accurate and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
Collaborate closely with finance teams across departments and international offices to gather necessary financial data and facilitate transactions
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations for intercompany transactions
Ensure intercompany transactions comply with internal policies and accounting standards
Support ad hoc requests from local business units and finance teams
Contribute to process improvement and harmonization initiatives within the SSC
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting or related financial services roles
Fluent in English (any other language is considering as a plus)
Experience with ERPs (experience with SAP4 Hana will be a plus)
Working knowledge in Ms Office and/ or G sheets
Having worked in a SSC environment would be a key asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate with key accounts
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients
Comfortable working with strict deadlines
