As an Assistant Manager, you play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in driving performance and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, guide employees across all touchpoints, and help translate the brand’s vision into consistent execution on the shop floor.
You lead by example, actively participating in customer interactions while coaching and developing the team. Through regular feedback and follow-up, you help strengthen individual performance and foster a positive, customer-focused environment. You also support in monitoring key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing actions that enhance both service quality and operational efficiency.
