As a People Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store performance and inspiring your team to excel. From day one, you will have a direct impact on store success and team development. Your primary responsibilities include: 

Monitoring Sales and Productivity: Drive sales performance and improve productivity. 

Strategic Planning: Analyse data to create effective strategies for the store. 

Operational Management: Oversee all operational and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency. 

Team Motivation and Leadership: Encourage and inspire the team to reach their potential. 

Recruitment and Development: Recruit new talent and support the growth of existing team members. 

Sustainability Ambassador: Actively promote and implement the company’s sustainability strategy.
