DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - What you do every day

As Deputy Stockroom Operations Manager, you are responsible for managing and optimizing back-of-house processes. You ensure that the stockroom runs efficiently and that products are available timely and accurately on the sales floor.

Your main responsibilities are:

Customer Experience:

Supporting the sales floor to ensure a high level of customer service

Ensuring efficient processing of customer requests through the stockroom

Operations & Processes:

Monitoring sales performance and contributing to achieving targets

Supporting team management and delegating tasks

Managing and optimizing the stockroom workflow

Supervising stock control and inventory management

Ensuring an efficient and organized workspace

Checking and following up on maintenance in the back areas

Implementing and following up on operational projects

Correctly processing returns and goods flows after customer returns

Ensuring timely receipt, unpacking, and organization of deliveries

Coordinating replenishment to the sales floor

Ensuring compliance with health & safety guidelines

Ensuring procedures around online orders and deliveries are correctly followed

Monitoring deadlines related to stock processing and outbound processes

Product & Commercial Support:

Supporting commercial actions through optimal product availability

Providing training and updates on stock processes and procedures

People Management:

Leading, coaching, and developing the stockroom team

Creating schedules and monitoring performance

Identifying and developing talent within the team
