DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - What you do every day

As Deputy Store Operations Manager, you are responsible for optimizing the operational functioning of the store and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You have a direct impact on the efficiency of the store and the performance of the team.

Your main responsibilities are:

Customer Experience:

Ensuring a high level of customer service

Optimizing the sales area (checkouts, fitting rooms, customer flow, refunds)

Monitoring KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and customer feedback in collaboration with the CX Manager.

Operations & Processes:

Ensuring an efficient and smooth daily operation of all store processes

Monitoring sales performance and contributing to achieving targets

Analyzing customer flows to improve occupancy and efficiency

Coordinating replenishment on the sales floor

Supervising maintenance and general store standards

Implementing and following up on operational projects and procedures

Product & Commercial Support:

Supporting commercial actions together with the visual team

Ensuring the correct application of operational guidelines

Providing training and updates on processes and procedures

People Management:

Managing, coaching, and developing the team

Creating schedules and monitoring performance

Identifying and developing talent within the store.
