Sales Monitoring and Improvement: Enhance sales performance and productivity within the department. 

Strategic Analysis: Use data insights to craft strategies that elevate the store’s performance. 

Operational Management: Oversee and manage all operational and administrative tasks for efficiency. 

Team Motivation and Development: Inspire, motivate, and guide the team toward achieving their best. 

Talent Recruitment and Growth: Recruit new team members and support ongoing development for existing staff. 

Sustainability Ambassador: Lead by example in promoting and implementing our company’s sustainability strategy.
