As an In-Store Manager, you take ownership of your area of the store, bringing together product, people, and performance to create strong and consistent customer experience. Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you ensure your department runs efficiently while contributing to the overall success of the store.
You combine a commercial mindset with a hands-on approach. You follow performance through KPIs and commercial tools, identifying opportunities and taking action to improve results within your department. From product placement and replenishment to managing deliveries and preparing for sales activity, you ensure your area is always aligned with brand standards and ready for customers.
Leading your team is a key part of your role. You organize schedules based on business needs, support recruitment by identifying opportunities, and develop your team through daily guidance, feedback, and clear expectations. You create a positive and inclusive environment where collaboration, respect, and accountability are part of everyday work.
On the shop floor, you ensure strong execution, maintaining visual standards, supporting smooth operations, and handling customer interactions with confidence. You take responsibility for following company procedures, including Health & Safety, while actively contributing to a culture that promotes Diversity & Inclusion and supports the company’s sustainability commitments.
