As an  Omni-Tech Specialist, you are the technical backbone of the store. 
You ensure that all systems – from POS terminals to RFID readers and online order modules – operate smoothly and efficiently. 
You combine strong technical knowledge with a practical mindset and excellent communication skills. You are curious, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. Thanks to your expertise, store teams can focus entirely on delivering the best customer experience and achieving strong results. 


DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY – What you will do every day 

Technology management and maintenance 

Responsible for maintaining and supporting all in-store equipment: POS terminals, tablets, printers, scanners, RFID antennas, payment terminals, and FR screens. 

Manage all IT systems within the store, including Online orders, Drop Off and PIN terminals. 

Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. 

Operational processes 

Coordinate the organization of SINT: returns, online orders, deliveries, and shipments in line with established KPIs. 

Ensure all return and drop-off processes are completed efficiently and accurately. 

Support incident tracking through the ATS system and assist with the implementation of security procedures. 

Collaborate with store and operations management to identify improvements and reduce stock loss. 

Stock control and RFID management 

Monitor and analyze all RFID processes: deliveries, transfers, returns, and inventories. 

Work closely with the Operations Manager to follow up on KPIs and create action plans when deviations occur. 

Use data and reporting tools to enhance stock accuracy, efficiency, and control. 

Cash management and security 

Support daily cash operations, deposits, and coordination with banking partners. 

Assist the management team in applying security and cash-handling procedures correctly. 

Training and team support 

Train team members in the use of technical tools and systems. 

Provide assistance during software updates and the implementation of new applications. 

Share feedback and collaborate with the Operations Team to enhance technological efficiency in the store. 

Sustainability and innovation 

Actively contribute to implementing sustainable and digital initiatives within the store. 

Encourage the use of efficient, environmentally friendly systems and processes.
