Operations Responsible

As an Operations Responsible, you take ownership of the stockroom and operational flow of the store, ensuring that product moves efficiently from delivery to the shop floor. Through your leadership, organization, and collaboration with the wider store team, you help create the conditions for excellent customer experience and strong commercial results.

Working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Area Operations Manager, you oversee the day-to-day stockroom operations and ensure the store has the right product available at the right time. From deliveries and replenishment to stock accuracy and seasonal organization, you play a key role in keeping operations efficient, structured, and aligned with business needs.

Your focus is both operational and people driven. You monitor stock processes closely, maintain a clean and well-organized stockroom, and ensure that procedures such as RFID, PDA, transfers, returns, defects, and online sales processes are followed correctly. At the same time, you support and develop your team, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and a proactive mindset across all operational tasks.

You also contribute to the wider success of the store by staying informed on sales performance, participating actively in the Morning Meeting, and working with the management team to identify solutions that support productivity and commercial goals. Through clear communication and strong planning, you help connect stockroom efficiency with customer care on the shop floor.
