⮚ Responsible for updating new projects & development of new paint scheme /shade, Paint Testing and process fine tuning as per customer project requirement.
⮚ Responsible for maintaining the paint, thinner, consumables and shop supply stock in plant & supplier end to avoid the line stoppage.
⮚ Responsible for completing the legal compliance - related Hazardous waste generation, monitoring & disposal and CO2 bullet.
⮚ Responsible for output with 3 shift production Engineers & labor contractor with their operating manpower.
⮚ Responsible for system update - Aspect & Impact, HIRA,
⮚ Responsible for Preventive maintenance scheduling for paint Booth, Liquid Spray painting booth, filters, booth balancing, Pretreatment process tank cleaning, I Beam & power & free conveyor lubrication, Oven cleaning & Calibration through TTR. Paint Kitchen equipment spares management,
⮚ Responsible for ultrasonic cleaning line production achievement.
