Quality Engineer

 ***Work Location: Nhon Trach 2 Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province

Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and maintain quality standards, inspection specifications and processes
2. Analyze and handle in-process quality abnormalities
3. Analyze and resolve quality issues (8D, 5Why, FMEA, etc.)
4. Handle customer complaints and drive internal and supplier quality improvements
5. Compile quality data and issue quality reports
6. Participate in system, process and customer audits

Job Requirements:

1. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant measurement experience
2. Education: Bachelor's degree, proficient in English communication (Chinese is a plus), with manufacturing quality experience
3. Major: Engineering or Quality-related field
4. Knowledge: Familiar with quality management systems and common quality tools
5. Skills: Able to read engineering drawings, with data analysis capabilities
6. Competency: Excellent communication, driving ability and sense of responsibility
