EMEA Account Sourcing Manager

United Kingdom , London, GBR

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

Join JLL's Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) team as an EMEA Account Sourcing Manager, where you'll lead strategic sourcing activities for a key client account across our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service lines. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive measurable savings, shape supplier strategy, and act as a trusted advisor to both client stakeholders and internal leadership across the EMEA region. You'll have the autonomy to design and execute sourcing strategies, the visibility to influence senior decision-makers, and the platform to make a real difference to how our client procures critical services. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoy turning commercial complexity into clear outcomes, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement activities across all IFM service lines for a designated client account, owning delivery from planning through execution.
  • Represent JLL S&P in client meetings, governance forums, and Quarterly Business Reviews - presenting performance, savings analytics, project plans, and supplier insights.
  • Drive negotiations and own savings delivery against account targets, with accurate tracking and reporting through the Jaggaer procurement platform.
  • Manage the full RFP lifecycle, including bid analysis, recommendations, contract approvals, risk management, and compliance - partnering closely with client governance teams.
  • Develop and implement country and regional sourcing plans, ensuring alignment with both client priorities and JLL's wider S&P strategy.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors, Regional and Site Facilities Managers, and Operations teams to scope and prioritise the services to be procured.
  • Build and develop the supply chain to meet evolving client needs, strengthening supplier capabilities and identifying opportunities for partnership growth and B2B collaboration.
  • Manage framework relationships with JLL preferred suppliers, reviewing performance against agreed KPIs and collaborating with the Category Management Team.
  • Ensure suppliers are qualified and onboarded in line with JLL's compliance, risk management, and contracting standards, maintaining accurate supplier records throughout.
  • Embed sustainability and D&I priorities into the account's sourcing strategy, working alongside JLL's S&P Sustainability lead.
  • Provide transition support for new business, including supplier onboarding, site visits, audits, and ensuring policies and procedures remain current and locally relevant.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on KPIs, supplier performance, savings, and contract management, and lead Voice of the Client / Stakeholder activities with clear follow-up actions.
What We're Looking For
  • Deep understanding of IFM services and the broader EMEA supplier landscape, particularly for services contracts.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the analytical rigour to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Proven ability to lead negotiations and develop strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers across EMEA.
  • Solid grasp of sourcing procedures, protocols, and e-sourcing tools - ideally with hands-on Jaggaer (Bravo) or equivalent experience.
  • Confident communicator who can engage credibly with senior client stakeholders, internal leaders, and supplier executives.
  • Strategic mindset paired with strong project management skills - comfortable balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and resources.
  • Risk-aware and compliance-focused, with a track record of embedding governance and best practice into sourcing activity.
  • Collaborative leader who brings out the best in cross-functional teams and supports the development of others.
  • Customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through, taking accountability for outcomes.
  • Fluent in English; an additional Western European language is a plus. A business management or related degree is expected, and MCIPS (or country equivalent) is desirable.
What You Can Expect From Us
  • Competitive base salary
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Flexible work arrangements (hybrid work option)
  • Enhanced pension scheme
  • Ranked #13 in the UK Best Employers index by the Financial Times
  • Electric Car Scheme
  • Great opportunities for long-term career progression
