An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced commercial leader to join our Vision Care team as Associate Director - Sales (ANZ), based in Macquarie Park (NSW) or Notting Hill (VIC), with responsibility across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you will lead our Key Account and Field Sales teams across channels, with direct leadership responsibility of a sizeable team headed by 1x National Key Account Manager (Channel Lead) and 2x Regional Sales Managers, who will report directly to you. You'll be accountable for delivering sales targets and financial objectives, shaping category and account growth strategies, and personally managing priority senior customer relationships.
