The Field Medical Advisor serves as a strategic and scientific partner within the therapeutic area, proactively leading the medical strategy across the Cross‑Value Team (CVT). The role strengthens Medical Affairs (MAF) as a trusted and valued contributor within a multifunctional environment, supporting the achievement of organizational objectives and the advancement of the future pipeline.
Approximately 80% of the role is field‑based, focusing on establishing deep, meaningful peer‑to‑peer partnerships with the healthcare community to support medical and business goals. The remaining 20% is dedicated to medical strategy, including medical education planning, co‑creation and authorization of medical content, training initiatives, and strategic planning activities.
This is a non‑promotional role operating within Medical Affairs governance.
This role combines field‑based and strategic responsibilities and requires flexibility in travel and working hours.
