We are searching for the best talent for (Sr.) Consumer Strategy & Insights Specialist to be in Seoul. This position is to backfill a J&J employee who is going to be absent for 18 months of maternity and child rearing leave.

Position Summary:

Sr. Consumer Strategy & Insights Specialist will lead CRM campaign strategy and execution in Korea, designing consumer journeys and delivering integrated programs across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

This role partners closely with sales, brand marketing, trade marketing and external agencies to plan and operate CRM campaigns end to end, ensure clear stakeholder alignment, and equip the sales team with the right narratives and materials to communicate CRM initiatives effectively in the field.

This is not a pure analytics role. This role is for someone who can turn insights into action by planning, executing, optimizing, and evolving CRM campaigns in a fast-changing business environment, while continuously analyzing performance and applying a strong test-and-learn mindset to improve CRM effectiveness over time.

You will be responsible for:

CRM campaign strategy, planning & execution

  • Design and evolve end-to-end consumer journeys across key touchpoints, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty through CRM programs.
  • Lead the planning and execution of CRM campaigns and loyalty programs in line with business plans, translating priorities into clear strategies and actionable execution roadmaps.
  • Develop CRM campaign creative direction, including key messaging, consumer-facing assets, and communication materials, to ensure consistent and effective delivery across relevant touchpoints.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and sales team to align campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements, while equipping the field with CRM-related materials, communication points, and guidance to support strong program understanding and effective activation.
  • Manage CRM agencies and external partners to support high-quality campaign setup, execution, and optimization across CRM platforms and processes.
  • Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis, analyze key metrics and translate findings into practical learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Demonstrate an agile mindset by adapting quickly to business and consumer changes, and proactively explore new ideas, approaches, and tests to improve CRM effectiveness.
  • Ensure CRM campaigns are executed accurately and compliantly in line with internal policies, data privacy standards, and relevant external regulations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or related marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience in consumer journey design and CRM campaign planning and operations is strongly preferred.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance, identify learnings, and continuously improve future activities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus, but not required ; a proactive, agile, and test-and-learn mindset is highly valued.
  • A high level of ownership, with the ability to proactively drive initiatives in a fast-changing environment.
  • Fluent in Korean (written & verbal); proficient in English for business communication.
