                                                                                                                         Mechanic - Production Department

We are currently looking for a Mechanic in the Production Department of Xanthi factory to perform various manual or mechanical production functions by operating, adjusting, and repairing the production equipment. Join our team and contribute to the success of our production processes!  

 

Position:  

As a Mechanic in the Production Department, you will:

• Be an active member of IWS implementation and work according to the requirements and standards
• Diagnose and rectify machine faults and inefficiencies and maintain key spare components and assist as required with the maintenance of all production and ancillary machinery
• Provide relief to operating crews by running designated machines to production standard
• Identify and implement technical measures on machinery and equipment to maintain and improve machines efficiency and product quality
• Keeping records and continuous development of maintenance procedures and practices
• Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures

 

Requirements: 

• University or Technical Bachelor's degree preferably on Mechanical Engineering or related sciences studies & valid license
• Working experience in a similar Department or in tobacco industry will be considered as an asset
• Advanced English knowledge, will be considered as an asset
• Computer Skills
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail
