KHC offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager that will feature as the CFO for our two biggest retail customer teams with the Benelux business (Albert Heijn/Superunie), with a profile that is fit to grow fast into arising opportunities. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside extremely talented and ambitious peers always trying to reach the next level. The goal of the role as the CFO of our two biggest retail customers is to make sound/sustainable business decisions and drive the company's strategic objectives.
In brief, you will be responsible for;
• Advanced Business Partnering for Customer Team Leaders and Sales decisions
• Develop and drive an integrated strategic (financial) business plan with the Customer Team Leaders and ensure insights delivery to the business leaders of the Benelux business.
• Analyze and provide insight into key drivers of (financial) performance, based upon which recommendations for further courses of action are drafted
• Prepare and analyze day-to-day financial activities, business cases, profitability analysis, strengthening plans and subsequently provide advice and guidance on future financial plans.
• Manage rolling forecast providing accurate and on-time information.
• Analyze profitability, pricing, contracts, promotional planning and strategic projects' actual performance compared to business plans.
• Support in developing and executing customer specific Revenue Growth Management projects.
• Oversee proper prioritization of business requests and ensure continuous process efficiency improvement.
