About the Job
As CRM - Technical & Lifecycle Manager at LS&Co., you will design, build and optimise automated customer journeys across email, SMS and app push, working closely with European cluster teams, Global stakeholders and cross‑functional partners across Data, Product and Technology. This role will be central to driving automation, personalisation, and incremental revenue while delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience across channels.

This is a hybrid position based in our Central London Office. You will be expected in office 3 days per week. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is £45.500 - £60.700 gross per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
